3) SUBMIT LOAN PACKAGE TO UNDERWRITING
- We submit the loan package to underwriting
- We order an appraisal, title, and an insurance binder
- This process takes approximately 3-5 days
4) LOAN DOCUMENTS SENT TO TITLE COMPANY
- We schedule an appointment to sign loan documents
- Title determines how much you need to bring in to close, if any, or the amount you will receive at funding
- Your loan funds typically within 24 hrs, if purchase; or 3 business days, if refinance
