Morgan Financial was formed October of 1995 in Portland, OR. The company was incorporated by Morgan Smith, current President. The firm has been involved in various aspects of mortgage lending since its inception, including but not limited to: retail origination, private capital, and loan servicing.
The company is approved with over 400 lenders, including FHA and VA. We have a great reputation for good service. We funded over $1 billion in loans in 2004 including residential and commercial mortgages, with loan sizes ranging from 20,000 to 5.6 Million.
Currently, the company has 772 loan agents and 22 staff employees. Corporate headquarters is located in Chandler, AZ. Morgan Financial is licensed in 23 states. Currently the company has 140 branches in various states, with the goal of 200 branches by 2007.
